G'day,
Had TiVo for a couple of years but only just connected it all up - start up goes smoothly through connecting, getting info, loading etc however all channels are greyed out and require a subscription. I'm assuming my account or something is not correctly provisioned with my actual access rights.
Any ideas on how this could be resolved would be much appreciated!

TV set top boxes are de-activated if they haven't been used for around 30 days. If you still have a TV subscription with VM then you need to call up and ask for the box to be re-activated.
