How do you get virgin Media to address and deal with current outstanding complaints?
I have 2 outstanding matters since March 2020. I have written twice to the head office. I have spoken to their agents on the telephone numerous occasions, (they say a supervisor will call back within 48 hours) and I have text their messaging service. I have received 2 letters saying they have tried to contact me, which if true is very poor for a communications organisation, because, they have my mobile number, my home address, my landline number and my e-mail address but nothing has been received, no messages nothing. they seem to want me to go away.
