Activation Fee

Hi there, I've been charged for a 35£ activation fee on my first bill that I wasn't supposed to pay for. After signing up for M100 Broadband I received a confirmation email stating that the activation fee would be free. I am wondering if you can help me? Many thanks in advance- KateActivation fee.JPG
