Account - TiVo

Hi, 

Hope everyone is safe and well.

We have one of our TiVo boxes that won’t allow kids channels to be shown and says please check account/upgrade. 

When we click on upgrade information, it says we are subscribed (which we are). The other boxes work fine so need this looking into please. 

Please can someone get in touch to help
