Hi there. My dad is reporting that his Tivo box is stuck in a loop. We have talked him through switching off and on. He has called Virgin Media & they have run the automated checks ... but t's still happening. Any ideas please?

I'm sorry to hear your dad is experiencing issues with his equipment, if he has a mobile I would advise him to text us on +44753 305 1809 so we can go through diagnostics with him. Or you can text the number on his behalf.
