Self installed our new box last week. Only getting 3 channels and the error code 7400, whenever we ring nobody answers or the automated service says there are no issues to be fixed. Have restarted many times but still no luck.
Error 7400 means your box needs activatiing - did you call the Hub Activation number - 0800 953 9500 ?
You will need your box serial number, account number and area number.
Sometimes error 7400 needs customer support to perform a manual system update. If that's the case then it looks like you need to speak to New accounts and Set Up for them to complete the setup and activation.
That would be options 1,1,1 and 4 if dialling 150 from a Virgin landline, or options 1,1,2 and 4 if dialling 0345 4541111 from any other phone
