Had package changed to basic and error code floating on screen
Followed all the fix its but to no avail.
Can anybody help please xxx

Did you install a new box, or start using one that had been offline for around 30 days?
If so you need to phone to get your box activated. 0800 953 9500. You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number.
Otherwise you need to follow the online help for that error code https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400
