7400 error

Have had a 7400 error on TV since Wednesday.
Called the phone line and was told that they were aware of the issue on Tuesday and had resolved it but I would have to wait 72 hours, ie Friday latest.

Still getting the same message and now my recorded items are no longer available.

What can I do short of calling again (another hour long call)?

PS I've had the new TIVO set top box since January. It's not newly installed.

Hi pserjent, thanks for getting in touch - sorry for the delayed reply.

 

I'm also sorry for any problems you've had with your TV service. Checking thins over from here I can see there's been some action since your post, so I'm hoping that means things are sorted for you now?

 

If not please keep us posted with what problems you're having at this stage so we can go through further diagnostics.
