I’ve got code 7400 coming up on box and no channels, could anyone explain what this means please
Error 7400 is a box activation issue, and https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7400 runs through some online self-help steps you can try if the automatic process has failed for whatever reason.
If those steps fail, then you will need to call the activations line on 0800 9539500 to resolve this.
