My account was disconnected late Thursday, due to a cancelled house move. I informed VM, but they still cancelled existing account and we’re planning to install at new house next week.
i have rung, text, online chat for hours every day since. Was promised reconnection Friday, then guaranteed a priority reconnection by this morning.
Have just been told it will now be sometime today!
Is there a way to disable the floating banner, so I can watch the 3 channels I have?
