We have had our tv box installed by a Virgin engineer, he said it would take an hour or so to load up and then be working. It has been connected to the wifi fine. Our account says there is 'no issues' upon service testing.
However after restarting the box twice we still only have 2 channels available despite having the package information saying we should have more.
Does anyone know how to actually activate your box so this error stops occuring and we can watch some TV we paid for? ANy help would be greatly appreciated!
