I’ve been sent a replacement TiVo box, but when I hook it up it sticks on error code 7012 at the last stage. 37 mins on hold to the number the error code tells me to call, and then was cut off
can anyone help sort this without having to keep trying the useless helpline?
I'm afraid, as per https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-tv-error-codes/7012 this can only be resolved by calling C/S
