I received an email today giving me 7 extra kids channels for free for a month.
This is no use to me, I have no kids and never watch the kids channels I already have.
I would rather have a free month of extra TV or Movie channels.
This is generous of Virgin Media to do this to help customers with their children.
It’s not reasonable to ask for something free, just because this gives you no benefit.
