Two questions: when will this be fixed? Daily message says ‘known problem will be fixed noon tomorrow ‘.....
will i get compensation for a week - or more- without cable TV?
really disappointed: first ever problem with Virgin in over 15 years!

That's an error with the TV Go app and is totally unrelated to your TV signal.
Check for known faults on 0800 5610061 rather than the website, if possible.
I suspect whatever is causing your signal issues, is not a known fault - and will remain so until you call to report it.
