2nd box TiVo installation

Due to covid 19 when I got my services installed I couldn’t have an additional box installed. Know restrictions have been eased does anyone know when installation of additional boxes will start again, I’m fully aware it may be some time yet, but I haven’t heard anything since I ordered my services at the beginning off March, apart  from engineer telling me additional boxes where not a priority (obviously) and he wouldn’t be installing it today.

I believe that customers are starting to be contacted about the outstanding elements of installs.

So will depend on how many other people in your area also have activity that needs doing and how many were before your install.
