the virgin virus checker is now blocking ALL websites

I already have an installed virus checker. Now the virgin media virus checker is suddenly blocking all websites on my computer, including those that I use for years on other devices. how do I turn it off.

Can you please clarify what the virus checker is called as VM do not have one in their own name.

@amandathebrit  You can change the VM virus checker settings through the Websafe controls. Follow this link:
