service provider nicepage is being blocked

im tryng to solve an issue I'm having with a service provider nice please see their response below

some have resolved this by adding urls to the firewall on their router but with the HUB 3 i cannot do this this is also a recent issue as I never had this before

cheers Phill

We are trying to solve this with Virgin but I'm not sure they can help us.
We are talking with 6th person of the Virgin support but they don't understand what to do and why they should help us.

So please try to contact them by yourself.
Ask them to open the site https://export5.nicepage.io or https://export.nicepage.io

They should see a small "OK_E" message and no errors. Say to them that the sites do not open correctly because Virgin DNS responses with WRONG IP address

Re: service provider nicepage is being blocked

to add this is affecting everyone that uses nice page on virgin media I received a phone call from Nicepage who has asked me along with everyone else who is affected to speak with Virgin media as no one is willing to help them so its a big question the question is why are yu blocking their pages and why are you blocking Amazon pages? I've changed my DNS to google open which has solved the issue for now

Re: service provider nicepage is being blocked

this isn't an IP issue as it isn't isolated issue

Virgin Media's Web Safe service, specifically the Virus Safe component, is blocking  access to the website. If you believe this is a false positive and you are a Virgin Media customer report it here Report a website otherwise consider emailing websafefeedback@virginmedia.co.uk; be aware that VirusTotal results show Sophos as reporting it as a phishing website.
