no email

I have had no email for nearly a week now. I have contacted 3 different people at Virgin. First one said, now sorted try in and hour. 2nd one said now sorted try in a day. 3rd one said. Hmmm. I'll look into it.

Nothing since.

I have had to use my wife's email address to post this to try and get an answer.
