my hub3 lost 2.4g signal yesterday, only getting 5g. did a test via the virgin app on my phone and it says 'working on it'.
I previously had issues and the tech guy on the fone changed settings on the hub, could he also have changed the password?
I have hard reset the hub and tried to get into advanced settings but it wont recognise the 7 digit password on the bottom of the router. Is there anyway I can bypass this? most of our gear only runs on 2.4g so is effectively useless at the moment.
Sorry to hear of this issue SeanM100, we arent able to change the settings password for you hub, this maybe a fault with the hub or the reset hasnt fully happened.
Please could you try a pin hole reset, leaving the button pressed in for 15 to 20 seconds this should be enough for everything to reset properly, if this doesnt work, please come back to us and we can look into this further.
