Usual fault report process. 0345 454 1111 if your phone is not working otherwise 150. Or send a text to 07533 051809 and wait for a response. Neither will be quick given the high volumes of calls and texts that VM are receiving.

Just want to say a quick thank you. Sent initial text after your reply to VM which requested a couple of details, it was late in the day so i wasn't expecting to be in contact with anyone. This morning had a text session with someone who then would get the 'service dept' to contact me, which was done within a reasonable time and expected to book me in for Monday maybe Tuesday. Engineer actually turned up today and repaired the cable, i hadn't read the text to say I had been given a time slot today. Cable repaired and all up and running by midday, perfect.
