we would like to extend the incoming fibre/TV line in our house. it enters at the front and we would like a TV/internet at the back of the house. Do i have to contact Virgin to do this or can an electrician do it? Also do i need additional routers etc?
Changing the cable / extending the cable can only be done by VM and will be done at a charge of £99 non-fault charge.
You can only have one internet hub per account so VM could arrange at the same time to move the hub to the location you need. For TV if you need it multiple locations then yes you will need another TV box which will be at a cost and potentially a new contract.
