Wrong dates on contract

I started a new contract on 15th February 2019 and my contract says £42 until 14th August 2020 and then it will go to £45 on 15th August 2020. But my bill went up to £45.50 in October and whenever I phone about it virgin say my contract at their end says it goes up to £45.50 on 15th August 2019. They wont believe me that mine says 2020 so I'm paying a higher price than I have agreed to.

I'm very sorry that you've had some confusion around your package price and when this is going to increase. I can understand that you'd like to know what is happening.

 

Your may have noticed an increase in your bill due to our price increase that took effect in September. Are you able to look at your bills to see this via your online account here.

 

Have you since been able to discuss this with the team or do you need further help?
