White outdoor junction box

I have a virgin media white outdoor junction box which is falling apart and exposing the wires 

 

I am no longer a virgin media customer and am wondering if there is any way to replace this box as it iis now beginning to crack.

VM have never used white omni-boxes. Theirs are brown. Some previous cable companies used different colours, but it’s now brown, brown or brown. As you are not a customer, unless there is a safety hazard you may have an uphill battle getting anything done.
