What Hub

Hi hoping someone can help. Not sure whether it is just an area/weather issue but I'm having daily problems with losing WiFi and TV services. Could it be the hub that needs replacing and/or if I upgraded the hub would that help. I've currently got a hub 3. I do have a little boy with additional needs who generally has 3 devices connected at a time watching various things and playing games on each one. Im happy to pay for an upgrade as he gets extremely upset/ stressed if we do loose services which i know isn't the biggest thing in the world to stress about but he doesn't have that level of understanding to be able to wait until problems are fixed.. thanks for any help

Re: What Hub

the hub wouldn't have anything to do with your TV services. so it sounds like your issues is elsewhere and not with the hub.

the hub3 is still the current hub supplied to everyone - the only exception being for those on the 1Gbps package who get a hub4.
