Virgin router to sky q

I have Virgin Broadband which is excellent but my Sky q connection keeps dropping out. Any ideas

Think that's pretty standard with sky q.  Which is the reason Virgin didn't go down the route of full wireless boxes.  Try Go to Settings then System Info then software version then setup.
