Virgin media connect app

The app will not recognise my hub 3 I’ve tried several times a month for at least last 12 months but it doesn’t find my hub. I am working at home and have done for last 6 months due to current situation I know I have a black spot in the spare bedroom where I work but can’t get help as no one ever answers the helpline even when I’ve rung at different times different days been waiting for over an hour at a time then get message caller has cleared. the one time I did get through after 90 minutes wait got automated answer will test equipment then said sending signal to reset then it hung up on me.

Buy your own kit considering you'd have to pay for boosters anyway (If not on 1Gbps).
