Virgin media connect app

Does anyone have a issue with Virgin media connect app,when I check hub and boosters all the time , after a few minutes it then says we cannot find connected devices, I reboot the hub works for a short bit then goes to the yellow triangles say cannot find connected devices, I have had a new hub , re booted the hubs , and re set the hub still does not work, I have WiFi just the app does not work

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear the Connect App is playing up a bit 

Can I ask what device you are using 

What App version it is 

Are you able to try this on another device

I have a I phone 7iwill try on my daughters phone it’s a better than mine ,

No that does not work she has a I phone 11 her yellow triangle on app cannot find connected devices, a good idea just does not work

It’s a hub 3 and was sent out 24th July

Thanks for confirming, on your iPhone could you please go to the settings and look for the app in here before deleting it through here rather than on the home page? As this should completely remove it from the device as sometimes the device remembers the devices on the app.

I have deleted the app at least 5 time’s also the home hub I re set it , this morning I rebooted the hub and it works 3 hours later back to the yellow triangles , cannot find connected devices
