Virgin broadband and Gmail

Hi,

Our internet provider is Virgin and as a rule, it works fine. However, as a company we use Google for much of our IT needs, including email. We have this bizarre situation where Gmail keeps losing connectivity and emails will 'go down' whilst other internet systems like the banking app, accounting software, Google searches etc will work perfectly ok. It only seems to happen on the computers - Gmail on mobile phones works ok. Virgin say it's nothing to do with them, Google say it's nothing to do with them.....meanwhile, the users are frustrated as this happens on a daily basis, at random times. Has anyone come across this before? Any suggestions on how we can fix this would be much appreciated. Thanks 🙂

This is unlikely to be a VM problem so you need to go to another forum. If you have Windows PCs you need to look at them, e.g. the network adapter.
