Virgin Main User Account

Recently set up new Virgin email account but in doing so seem to have created a 'secondary account ' which does not allow me to access my Bill's or Virgin TV Go. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.            Alistair

You should be able to find the Primary Username via this link: 

virgin-media-reset-username-and-password
