Urgent external cable repair

  • We accidentally cut through external cable on saturday, i called and engineer came out today advising he only fixes internal faults, he was going to contact boss as logged incorrectly on saturday to get prioritised as 2 key workers home working just now. Looked at my app showing new appt 12th, called to check showing correct repair type following earlier error to be told repair wont be until 21st may!! I had to work at my fathers house today who is shielding so i shouldnt even be near him and certainly cant continue to work there for next 10 days, can anything be prioritised at all? Thanks
