I’m working from home and one aspect of my job is to update the charities website www.arty-folks.org.uk however since Wednesday I haven’t been able to access the website when connected to Virgin (it works fine on my phone 4G signal). The request times out on the computer or if my phone is on the WiFi I get the message that the server stopped responding. My colleagues on other networks have no issue so this seems to be limited to Virgin.
How can I get this resolved as it’s an essential aspect of my work?
Works from my Virgin conection, they might have blacklisted your IP, try changing your router to modem mode and connect to it via an ethernet cable, if you can connect your IP has been blocked (changing to router mode changes your IP)
