Try posting your own topic in the 'Email' forum as VM forum team staff don't usually reply in 'Tech Chatter'.
First question you are likely to be asked though is if you are currently a VM broadband customer (because those who are not are subject to having their old email accounts deleted without notice from 90 days after leaving VM).
