Traffic cannot pass 62.115.171.151 on a trecert

Any idea how/when VM can fix it?

Re: Traffic not pass through telia.net

you would need to post some traceroutes to sites with the problem before they can even think about escalating it

Re: Traffic not pass through telia.net

92.242.132.24 is the advanced VM error search

What is the address of the site or server you are trying to reach

Re: Traffic not pass through telia.net

so the timeout is between telia and the next hop so its outside the VM network.

Again we need to know the address you are trying to access.
But this is clearly not a VM problem.
The traffic leaves the VM network between hop 5 and 7.

Re: Traffic not pass through telia.net

Thank you for replying.
Traffic times out right after leaving Virgin Media.
Although it looks like outside VM, it’s their routing dictating the path. I’ve raised the incident with Virgin Media (up to 24 hours reply lead time), so hope they will look into it.
