Technician appointment

Hello, I am having some building work done soon and my cable outside the house will not be long enough to fit anymore.

I have tried to contact virgin media to attempt to arrange a visit so a new cable can be installed.

However when I telephone I just go around in circles as the recorded options do not allow me to make any contact to arrange this. I

Any ideas?

Re: Technician appointment

Hi @andrew1028

You need to speak to the faults department.

Call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults

When calling Faults you will hear the automated response asking you to press 1 for the link to online support etc

Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and book the tech for you.
