1. I believe there is some restriction on my Virgin Media broadband service that is preventing my mic being heard when I make a Microsoft teams call, but doesn't if I join someone else teams call. When using my mobile phone's 4G connection as a wifi hotspot this allows me to make teams calls without issue, so I believe the problem lies in the Virgin Media broadband service.
Any help or insight into this would be much appreciated.
2. I would like to upgrade my existing Virgin Media Super Hub 2ac to either the Hub 3 or Hub 4 but have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone from Virgin Media in order to do so.
