I had a visit last week to sort out my none existent internet speeds and was left with a booklet asking me to keep an eye out for an email from YourOpinion@survey.virginmedia.co.uk
Still waiting on this, the technician went above and beyond and would really like to leave some positive feedback for the lad.

These surveys are random and not every visit gets an email sent
What we can do is pass a message on internally by email to the Engineers Manager and make sure they get the feedback they deserve
