Hi iv just signed up to tv an broadband. Do virgin do the changes from sky TV and broadband for me or do i need contact sky. Thanks

You are best to contact Sky to cancel your subscription with them, but don't do it just yet.

The  phone line should be automatically cancelled if you are porting your ladnline number to VM, but that wouldn't cancel the rest of your Sky subscription. Also please note if yuo are transferring your landline number to VM then it will fail if there is a cancellation in place from the Sky end.

I would suggest leaving your Sky subscription as it is for now to guarentee that you still have a working connection for internet and TV just in case there are any delays in the VM installation. It's usually straightforward but sometimes problems arise such as needing a cable repull due to collapsed ducts or the need for new cabling.
