i received an email today saying that equipment I have already returned hasn’t been received back yet.
When I scheduled the return, the guy on the phone said I should only return the V1 box and my Hub 3, despite having two old TiVo boxes as well.
I’ve since moved and left the TiVo boxes at my old residence, as I was told not to worry about them, but the email I received from Virgin included them on the list of items to returned.
The V1 box and Hub 3 were dropped off at my local icollect on Monday, but I don’t think it’s right that i be charged a replacement fee for the TiVo boxes after I was told not to bother returning by a staff member at Virgin Media.
