I have had an issue with external box for 2 months. I've had an engineer been rescheduled 4 times now. I'm waiting today for the 4th rescheduled appointment. They are due between 1-6pm. It's now 3.30 and still jo show. We have had very little or no Internet for 2 months. This is a disgrace for £60/ month for a 1gb line. Customer service is non existing, engineers are awol.
