After 3 month and 3 Virgin engineer visiting resetting the router every time . My internet was ok for a couple of day … making number of call the tech department who want to carry out an other reset remotely . I final got to speak to a virgin representative who agreed that the router was faulty and would get a replacement sent out , this was 3 weeks ago .
week 1 package arrived…. Just a power supply for router .. phone call made tried to reset router remotely again then phone back spoke to retentions explained what had happened 😔
week 2 same as above 😔😳
Today my package arrived…. Power supply again . I know have 3 power supplies and no new router..a part from the faulty old one.😔😳😡

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
