I've still got my SamKnows Linksys WRT160NL router from a few moons ago. I reckon it's around 10/11 years old now. They never asked for it back, however I don't think it's capable of much nowadays. Might use it as a doorstep to keep the patio doors open.

I'd convert it to a normal router dood there is a wiki on openwrt but it can deffo be done. .... Get it set up for little projects even as a Backup / guest WiFi or what about VPN, can't remember if that's possible on it mate tbh been a while.... 👍
