Outside cable cut into.

Outside cable cut into ,only just under lawn.Virgin phone line not working ,but virgin t v is.can this be repaired as soon as possible.

Quickest way will be via the phone call - call on a Mobile - 150 on a VM one - or 0345 454 1111.

And/or text them on 07533 051809

If there is slack in the cable they can insert a gel pack connector which is quite an easy fix.

If they can’t there are two options:

1) Repull the cable from the cabinet, which could mean a wait of 2 weeks.

2) If you have a Hub3, transfer of your phone service onto 21CV so the phone plugs into your internet hub.

You could always insert 2 gel packs and add extra cable int he middle
