Hi Virgin Media,
We've moved into our house and now have virgin broadband and the line is successfully active.
However the original brown box is broken and the wires are exposed and can be damaged. What's the best way to get into contact with tech support to refit/replace the box?

The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).
