Phone in, go through the fault finding pantomime and report as total loss of internet. If you have to pay it'll only be £25, of more concern may be that if the technician concludes the cable needs re-pulling you could be waiting months for that, although they'll hopefully do a temporary fix in the meanwhile.
As a short term measure, see if you can create a wifi hot spot for the house with your mobile phone. It won't be fast, it won't be convenient, but it may tide you over for a few days.
