My outside box cover is broken and so currently all wires are exposed to the weather.
I spoke with Virgin earlier and was told as there is no current fault with the service, due to the broken cover, I would have to pay for an engineer callout of £90 or so.
Is this not covered as part of my overall rental service agreement as it still qualifies as equipment which is broken?
If not, is there anywhere else I can source a new cover?
