Outdoor cable protection

My virgin  cable outdoors is insulated with green twinwall cable duct. It looks ugly and sits on top of the soil. Is it possible to lightly bury it without compromising safety and service quality?

Yes that fine - in fact thats its purpose - to protect the cable when out of sight undergound 🙂
