Outage early this morning

Had an outage from 00:13 to 00:36 this morning, confirmed by various monitors of mine. Interesting this is the following that happened during this outage:

Jul 15 00:25:03 Router kernel: IPv4: martian source 255.255.255.255 from 82.47.176.1, on dev eth2

RIPE shows this as being a local VM IP, but not anything like my IP which starts is within the 92.x.x.x range.

Also saw the following, but have seen these before:

Jul 15 00:35:41 Router kernel: IPv4: martian source 192.168.100.20 from 192.168.100.1, on dev eth2.
