Ofcom report on service quality

For those complaining about service quality;

Comparing customer service: mobile, home broadband and landline (ofcom.org.uk)

I've also posted in 'natter' - it shows that complaint resolution and call waiting times are being looked at, with VM recorded as one of the worst providers.

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!

Grim reading indeed.  We always expected this and there are thousands of complaints on here about their service and Ofcom have proved those complaints to be justified..
