And a very quick scan of the report suggests that most of VM's complaints were about making ..... complaints!

VM was caught out when the pandemic caused overseas call centres to close, not a problem faced by BT which had brought back all call centre work to the UK. It's still troublesome to manage a call centre in a pandemic but having it in-house makes it a whole lot less complicated.
VM says it has recruited over 500 agents, so let's see if the number of complaints falls in OFCOM's next review.
