No broadband or tv

Lost broadband & tv sometime today between 4&6pm.
Any suggestions to what the problem could be?

Re: No broadband or tv

Have you checked the service status page to see if there is a known issue?

Local faults may not always appear there unless they affect a significant number of customers.

You could report the fault by ringing in.  You may have a long wait as VM are having to work with reduced resources due to call centres being closed during the current pandemic.

The numbers to ring are 150 free from a VM mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone (chargeable as standard UK landline phone no.).

There is also a text service provided you have a smart phone with data access.

Re: Flashing green baselight

Means you have no connection to the VM systems. Call customer services and report the problem. Unfortunately at the moment you may have a long wait.

Re: Flashing green baselight

Tried that but no joy getting through. Over an hour on hold then cut off!
Someone was able to sort it previously using this service...

Re: Flashing green baselight

@Rowe1 Please don't create multiple threads for the same issue, it doesn't get your issue resolved any quicker (quite the opposite in fact) and is against the forum rules.  I have merged your threads.

Have you tried the messaging service that @Graham_A suggested?
